Founded in 1991 and restructured in 2006 by the same management but with a new name, new philosophy and modernized equipment, HD Têxtil is a textile and clothing company whose commitment to quality and diversity has enabled it to increase its turnover and Its range of customers.
HD Têxtil is proud to work with a wide variety of knitwear such as: viscose, cotton, plush (Italian and American), rome stitch, lyocell, modal and micromodal, cashmere and wool, among others.
The success of HD Textile justified by the diversity of product, the quality of its products and responsiveness to clients.
SERVICES
Planning
The company’s activity starts after a consultation phase by customers. These provide the models (Technical Sheets / Samples) that HD Têxtil will develop. The development of the models is based on the stylistic and dimensional specifications of each client, seeking, in this way, to respond to the requests of the same ones. HD Têxtil also develops the raw materials and the entire production component.
Cutting
The company has an integrated CAD / CAM system, which covers the operations of model creation / design, mesh extension and automatic cutting, which guarantee greater modeling accuracy and quality assurance.
Production
After the cut, the pieces are assembled in our production section, but essentially by subcontracting this work. The external production is closely monitored and inspected by elements of HD Têxtil.
Finishes
After the production, the pieces are subjected to a visual inspeciton, being sent to the finishing operations performed by the ironing irons. Subsequently they are properly labeled, packaged, and shipped to the finished product area. Also in this part of finishes, the company uses subcontracting, being also closely monitored and inspected by elements of HD Têxtil.
