Vietnam, US conclude 2nd round of talks on reciprocal trade agreement

The second round of talks on a Vietnam-US reciprocal trade agreement concluded yesterday.
Both sides clarified the content of the draft agreement and discussed a comprehensive approach to addressing fundamental issues of mutual concern to accelerate the negotiation process.
