US retailers resolve to even up online, in-store experiences: Survey

A third of US consumers are click-and-mortar shoppers, choosing experiences that work convenient digital features into the in-store shopping journey, a report said.
Nineteen per cent of them prefer to shop in stores with digital help, and 11 per cent prefer purchases online for in-store pick-up.
Three-quarters of shoppers want to be able to use their preferred payment methods in the store.Read More
