In 2013, the team was boosted by the arrival of Alice Gibson(former Head of New Faces at Models 1 for 12 years) to run the Women’s Division and Calvin Morris, who heads up the new MiLK Special Bookings Division (previously he worked at Storm and helped guide the career of Kate Moss for over 9 years) models have graced the covers of magazines such as Italian Vogue and i-D.
