In addition, Uzbekistan is rich in raw cotton particularly because of to produce with Bukhara’s superior quality raw cotton which is well known all over the world
Historical info
On February of 2008 the agreement to establish “Daewoo Textile Bukhara” was signed during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Abduganievich Karimov to the Republic of South Korea. On 8th of April of 2008 FC “Daewoo Textile Bukhara” LLC was officially formed and 52500 USD was invested from south Korea and equipped with the world’s leading textile machines. The production started in September 2009.
Products
Our factory is able to process 16,000 tons of cotton per year, that is, the day is about 45 tons of raw materials. In our production is mostly used first grade cotton Bukhara, Navainskogo, Samarkand region, which allows us, produces the best quality.
The annual capacity of our production – 15 000 tons 100% cotton yarn. During the day the factory is capable of producing 38 tons of products, including 7 tons of worsted yarn. Moreover factory can produce 4 tons of yarn per night double. Our products iproizvodstvo meets all international quality standards.
Our company produces 100% cotton carded and combed ring spun yarn for knitting and weaving purposes. The quality of yarn for strength and other parameters must satisfy the condition weaving and knitting factory in order to achieve productivity. The appearance and quality of products must fully satisfy the consumer.
Also in the production of yarn is necessary to monitor the equipment, raw materials and other materials to reduce or exclude the marriage in the manufacture of products from our yarn.
