Sizing: On average, buyers paid $359 per square foot on a 1,686 square-foot residence. This pricing metric was up 9.5 percent in a year.

Sales: 13 sold vs. 8 a year ago.
Average sales price: $690,088 that ranked No. 25 out of 46 Orange County markets tracked and was up 6.9 percent in a year.
Compared to list: Sellers got 99 percent of what they typically asked for, ranking No. 10 of the 46 markets.
Range: High sale of $835,000 vs. the $410,000 low.
Sizing: On average, buyers paid $371 per square foot on a 1,859 square-foot residence. This pricing metric was up 14.5 percent in a year.
Market speed: 27 days, listing to escrow opened vs. 140 days a year ago and 50 days two years ago.
