Norwegian MNC Equinor completes the 10% acquisition of Ørsted

Equinor has successfully completed its acquisition of a 10 per cent stake in Ørsted.
Following the necessary approvals under Foreign Direct Investment regulations, Equinor further acquired an additional 0.2 per cent in Ørsted, corresponding to 840,764 shares.
