Costa Mesa football coach Glen Fisher resigns after three seasons

Costa Mesa football coach Glen Fisher has resigned for personal reasons, he confirmed Tuesday.

Fisher coached the Mustangs for three seasons, compiling a 9-21 record. Costa Mesa finished with a 3-7 record last season, including a 0-5 mark in the Orange Coast League.

He arrived at Costa Mesa after a two-year stint as the coach at Beckman.

Fisher remains an AP government and history teacher at Costa Mesa.
