Lamintess was born in 1965 in Signa, a small town located between Prato and Florence, in the middle of tuscany hills.
The company took their first steps in furniture and footwear industry, bonding specific materials, such as poly knitted brushes and warp knitted interlocks with polyurethane foams, and quilting basic qualities with paddings; it was a few years later that Lamintess had the possibility to become stronger on the Italian Market thank to skills as flexibility, service speed and a high pruction capability.
Lamintess had a very positive turning point given by the strategical choice of skilling itself in Sportswear technical fabrics, amplifying the proposal of polyammide, polyester, mixed cotton fibers and many others qualitites, becoming year after year, one of the most important companies, first in the Italian market and later in the European and International one.
We make available over 50 years of experience in fashion and sportswear textile industry, where our targets have always been research, proposal, innovation and respect for the environment.
With a highly verticalized production chain, we have skilled in a big varity of different qualities such as superlight nylons or plain microfibers, structural woven fabrics, stretch, cottons and even performing fabrics for high technical request, membranes, prints, laminations.

CLOTHING
Since the start of its activities in 1966, Lamintess has always pursuited the research of innovative qualities and finishings which have allowed Lamintess to propose a broad range of fabrics for clothing industry; our history gave us a concrete nature with special fabrics inteded to down outwears: we make available a broad range of different qualities in nylon and polyester of different weights and finishings, mixed fibers, cottons, ripstop, laminations, prints, coatings, membranes.
To have the possibility to propose ourselves as main supplier Partner of our product type, we invested on the best service mix, quality, price and procurement continuity, splitting the whole production under our straight supervision in the best weaving industries i Italy, Korea and Far East. All our fabrics are then dyed and finished in Italy, in dyeing factories of primary importance, and respect all Reach and high standard legislation which are continually tested. It has to be underlined the possibility to create brand new articles depending on costumer’s necessities, equally for colors and coatings.
