GIZETA CALZE

Gizeta Calze was set up in 1975 when Giancarlo Frizzi’s and Giacomo Marzocchi’s families merged their experience in the hosiery field.

In the 80s, 15 people worked with Gizeta Calze up to the present 100.

Gizeta Calze headquarters is in Castel Goffredo (Mantova): three production facilities on 30,000 sq m.

PRIVATE LABELS Gizeta was born as a Company specialized in private label production (i.e. Retailer’s trade mark). Though in 1992 Gizeta took over three well-known brands: SARAH BORGHI, RUBELLA, MAMI and their related commercial distributions, aiming to consolidate their own production abilities grown during the years. An interesting interchange process of know-how resulted from the brands and private label collection developments, giving the chance to offer innovative and high fashion products. R&D (Research & Development), Design and Marketing teams start co-operating at international levels: products and product lines are studied and created paying attention to the sale (i.e. sell-out). Packaging, from the artwork development to the printing process, is part of this project too.
