Embroidery

We produce Embroidery in inumerous forms and sizes.

Traditional – Chenille Stitch – Chain Stitch(Cornely) – English – 3D/Puff – Sequins – Beads – Appliques – Ribbon/Cords – Patches.

Traditional Embroidery:  Common embroidery created from a combination of countless colors and different types of thread.

Chenille Stitch:  3D embroidery effect that provides a smooth and velvety dimension to the article.

Chain Stitch (Cornely):  Embroidery technique in which a series of looped stitches are used to add firmness to the article.

English Embroidery:  English style technique produced from a combination of laser cutouts (eyelets) bound with embroidery stitches.

3D Embroidery / Puff:  This technique gives the embroidery a 3D dimension by inserting a sponge or foam under the embroidery stitch to raise the surface of the design.

Embroidery with Sequins:  These embellishments are worked into the embroidery to create different effects and add movement, shimmer, and shine to the article.

Embroidery with Beads:  An embroidery technique that adds beads in the design to create a more dynamic effect, bringing dimension and color to the article.

Embroidery with Appliques:  This technique includes appliques in the stitching to give the article a more creative design.

Embroidery Ribbons/Cords:  This method adds ribbons, cords and even metal chains to also create a three-dimensional effect on the article.

Patches:  Production of cloth badges, emblems designed to embellish clothing or other textile articles.

 

Transfers

We produce and apply transfers made from various types of materials:

Rhinestones – Rhinestuds – Dome Studs – Nailheads – Epoxy – Others

 

Manufacturing of Transfers:  Transfers designed, created, and produced with countless stones, tacks and other heat activated fixings.

Transfer Appliques:  A combination of heat and pressure is used by a heat press machine to transfer a design onto the textile article.
